Account Manager

You will take ownership working with some the best brands in the world. This will be a high-paced, fun role for someone organized and excited to work with large clients. This associate will be empowered to grow the business and grow professionally. As an Account Manager at, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, focused on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. You will also act as a liaison between clients and our technical team to relay any support queries or new feature requests.

A Typical Day

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Lead project management efforts for our implementation team
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare routine reports on account status and growth
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Must be inquisitive and have a love of learning new technology
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, particularly executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Google and Apple products required
