Sales Development Representative is providing cutting edge technology to some of the best brands on the planet and we are looking for candidates help grow that business. The core product is a enterprise-ready Web Content Management System that provides a platform for marketing teams to deliver content and websites without having to worry about architecting and maintaining infrastructure and software.

A Typical Day

  • Follow up on leads in a timely and effective manner
  • Prospect and uncover new business
  • Qualify opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet activity and/or attainment goals
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare routine reports on account status and growth

Experience Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Must be inquisitive and have a love of learning new technology
  • Prospecting and cold calling experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, particularly executive and C-level
  • Agency or Software experience a plus
